Next week is an exciting time for our Muslim friends as they celebrate the holy month of Ramadan from April 13th thru May 12th.

In honour and support of your journey, we are pleased to offer virtual workouts that can help keep you connected with our coaching team, our community and each other while respecting the fasting times.

Late Evening Virtual Classes Beginning April 13th thru May 11th

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00pm
Classes will be 45 min long with a modified intensity to support fasting.

These run Mondays & Thursdays at 7:30pm.

A chance to move and stretch under a coach's guidance.
