Ready to turn your 2025 aspirations into lasting achievements?

Join us SUNDAY JANUARY 12th and discover how to keep your goals—and your motivation—alive for the long haul.

Staying motivated to achieve long-term goals is no small feat. That’s why we’re excited to offer our complimentary "Sustaining Motivation" workshop—a transformative session designed to help you not only set goals but stick to them through life’s ups and downs. Your host for this workshop is Julia Tran,

This workshop goes beyond traditional goal-setting frameworks like SMART goals, delving into the cognitive, behavioural, and emotional dynamics of motivation. You’ll learn how to define your goals clearly while addressing potential barriers, like self-defeating beliefs and unhelpful perceptions, that often derail progress.

We understand that initial excitement often fades, and obstacles arise. That’s why we’re focusing on strategies to help you maintain momentum. Through reflection exercises and actionable tools, you’ll leave the workshop equipped to keep your goals in motion while fostering a healthier, more compassionate mindset toward yourself.

Sunday January 12, 2025. 1:00pm

Key takeaways include:
  • Techniques for creating actionable goals and putting them in motion.
  • Strategies to navigate waning motivation and overcome setbacks.
  • Insights into sustaining positive and intentional progress throughout the year.

Living with intention means more than setting goals—it’s about nurturing the mindset and habits that make those goals achievable. This workshop is your opportunity to explore a constructive, sustainable approach to achieving what matters most to you.
