You're Invited....
Please join us for our Annual FirePower Thanksgiving Pot Luck Dinner for all members and families on the Friday of the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. We are BEYOND excited to bring this event back to life for our FP community. Over the years it has grown to be a fav of members and staff together!
Friday Oct 11th, 2024 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Here's how it works:
- All members are welcome to come with spouses and kids.
- RSVP is required so we can order chairs and tables.
- The dinner is on Friday of the long weekend so you can still sneak away, and/or hopefully it doesn't impact any family dinners you have planned over the rest of the weekend.
- Dinner is a potluck, meaning bring a dish to share. Savards provide the turkeys, usually 3 x 25lbs. Everyone else provides sides/dessert.
- Please indicate what dish you'd like to bring on the signup sheet so we have a selection of sides, desserts, etc.
- Water, coffee, tea will be provided. BYOB if you'd like a wine or beer with dinner.
- Dinner kicks off at 7pm sharp!

Cost is a donation of $10pp, $5/kid 12 & under, $30/family of 4 to help cover the cost of tables/chairs, etc.
Payment can be made by cash to the front desk before the evening if possible or we can bill your member account in Pike.
