Our 4-Week Learn to Weightlift for Teens program is designed for youth aged 13–17 who want to train smart, lift safely, and build a rock-solid foundation in weightlifting.

Whether your teen is brand new to the gym or already crushing it in their sport, this program will level up their movement, strength, and performance.

💥 What They’ll Learn:

  • Proper form and technique for squats, deadlifts, presses, and more with both dumbbells and barbells
  • Injury prevention strategies and mobility work
  • How to train with purpose and intensity—safely
  • Progress tracking and goal setting
  • Safe, age-appropriate programming
  • Boosted confidence in and out of the gym

Program Details: July 8 to July 31, 2025

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Time: 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM
